Outlook 2003 Error When Accessing Exchange 2010 Calendar

Exchange Server 2010 SP1
I granted a Mail Universal Security Group editor permission to a shared mailbox. Members of that group who had Outlook 2003 were able to open the calendar but if they tried to open or add an item to the calendar, they'd get the warnings/errors below. (more...)
