I didn't see any logs that I really liked so I made a basic one using Excel 2010. I included a check box for vitamin D since the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends 400 IU daily for breastfed infants. I also included some generic check boxes in case there are medicines that your baby needs to take. (more…)
